linux-image-4.15.0-44-generic tty login not work

Bug Description
I just updated my ubuntu 18.04 and received the linux-image-
After update and reboot the machine, my computer starts normally.
Seems boot normally
but when gets to the login screen (I'm not use any kind of graphical login manager, boot pure on console/text)
I just need to press enter (doesn't matter if type my login or not), then starts a loop, like if my 'enter' key has some kind of mechanical defect.
Keeps pressing 'enter' until I do a CTRL-C.
If I press enter key again, starts all over again. Periodically pressing 'enter' key in lapse of seconds.
To prevent, I just had to boot using linux-image-
What can I provide to you look this? I think it's my first time here or one of firsts

Hi,
I'm on a new hardware, updated too right now to linux-image- 4.15.0- 44-generic and occurs same problem that I try to report above
I changed the project, I think this is more related, after all the updated I did only referenced the kernel packages
And again I just go back to the previous kernel image that allowed me to login.
