Setting up linux-headers-4.18.0-13-generic causes a crash

When running apt-update the install freezes at "Setting up linux-headers-4.18.0-13-generic (4.18.0-13.14) ..."

Very annoying as you have to kill the process and deal with the consequences!

It's fixed, Secure Boot has to be disabled in BIOS before updating, since it's an UEFI system. It seems like updating linux-headers with Secure Boot enabled messes nvidia drivers. Intel drivers keep working though.
