Issue with wifi on 4.18.0-12-generic

Bug Description
My system has a built in WiFi card, and I've found that under 4.18.0-10-generic its detected and works with out issue out of the box. However Under 4.18.0-12-generic the wifi card is not seen in the system via the gui.
lspci still shows it there though.
