No Restart Shutdown or Suspend (Aspire 5516)

Reason is i changed cpu from tf 20 to turion 64 tl 68 for acer aspire 5516 plus when i try to install 18.10 from usb it fails and displays cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs
