As you can see from top of this Launchpad ticket (page):
"This bug report is a duplicate of:  Bug #1790832: crypto/vmx - Backport of Fix sleep-in-atomic bugs patch for 18.04."
this ticket was marked as a duplicate of LP 1790832:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1790832
and with that this ticket LP 1790835 is no longer updated, but LP 1790832 is.
And LP 1790832 is in state "Fixed Released" for Xenial, Bionic and Cosmic - hence this fix is included in virtually all available Ubuntu releases that are in (base) service (incl. Disco).
