Can't install kernel 4.15.0-19

[Bump]

Running ubuntu 18.04 with kernel 4.15.0-20, but would like to reinstall the -19 to test issues and compare:

linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-19-generic:amd64

linux-modules-4.15.0-19-generic:amd64

linux-headers-4.15.0-19-generic:amd64

linux-headers-4.15.0-19:amd64

linux-image-4.15.0-19-generic:amd64

I've purged them and can't reinstall, please help need to test a luks bug.
