It problem fixed after install new version of kernel(4.14.13-041413-generic
 instead 4.4.0-108-generic)

This may be a duplicate of bug 1741934. Can you see if the 4.4.0-109 kernel resolves this bug?

I have the same issue.
yes 4.4.0-109 and 4.14.13 solved both this issue then after upgrade wifi and other devices cannt be found anymore...
