Bug Description
i have the motherboard abit ib9.
i try to run live cd ubuntu 7.10 but he give me this error: (initramfs) ata3:00 failed to set xfermode (err_mask=0x40). [ i download 3 cd ubuntu same error]
i try live cd ubuntu 7.10 64bit but when load live cd the pc restart.
after i change the language in romana i can install ubuntu but after restart i have this: unable to load the partition

There is an easy way to verify the integrity of the Ubuntu ISO files you download.
