Bug Description

Installed from lubuntu-17.04_alternate.iso without network access.
After install, system first booted with network access and drew another 270-something MegaBytes, among which language-pack and some libraries and applications etc. of which the linux-image proved problematic.
Unfortunately I don't know what other information you might need. My hardware however is a Lenovo/IBM THinkpad T40 (type 2373-42G) in a dual-boot configuration with Win. XP both residing on one disk.

I wish us all success and luck where needed. Thanks!
