Bug Description

"Ubuntu Software" was installing an OS update, and hung. I looked online, and most people said the solution was to reboot, which I did.

When it restarted I got this error message.

Due to a bug in apport's method for creating a duplicate signature, the DuplicateSignature in this report was incorrect. We are fixing that now, sorry for the noise!
