Hardware Certification have begun testing this -proposed kernel.

Regression tests completed successfully.

Issues to note:

* amd64
- monotonic_time: failed on some systems, not a regression.
- ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests: some testcases failed, same as before. Not a regression.
- ubuntu_lxc: failed on some systems, not a regression.
- xfstests: fails for btrfs and xfs, passes for ext4. Not a regression.

* arm64
- rtc: failed on some systems, not a regression.
- ubuntu_qrt_apparmor: some testcases failed, same as before. Not a regression.
- ubuntu_zfs_xfs_generic: some testcases failed, same as before. Not a regression.
- hwclock: failed on some systems, not a regression.
- ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests: failed on some systems, not a regression.
