Xenial update to v4.4.61 stable release

Bug #1682140 reported by Tim Gardner on 2017-04-12

Bug Description

SRU Justification

The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The v4.4.61 upstream stable
patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
       kernel as well.

The following patches from the v4.4.61 stable release shall be applied:

drm/vmwgfx: Type-check lookups of fence objects
drm/vmwgfx: NULL pointer dereference in vmw_surface_define_ioctl()
drm/vmwgfx: avoid calling vzalloc with a 0 size in vmw_get_cap_3d_ioctl()
