after the kernel upgrade, the wifi card appears disabled and there is no way to enable it

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.10 kernel[0].

this morning it was working as normal on kernel 4.4.0-63 and not working on 4.4.0-64, i tried rebooting several times changing kernel.

now as I come back home and booted up with 4.4.0-64, WiFi is working normally
