RT3290 Wifi stopped working after upgrade from kernel 4.4.0-63 to 4.4.0-64

this morning it was working as normal on kernel 4.4.0-63 and not working on 4.4.0-64, i tried rebooting several times changing kernel.

now as I come back home and booted up with 4.4.0-64, WiFi is working normally
