This linux-meta upload has dropped all of the transitional packages used for upgrade from the lts stacks on 14.04 (linux-*-lts-{utopic,vivid,wily,xenial}). Why is this?

This was an accidental removal of the control.d/transitionals-lts file. A patch has already been sent for review.

Thanks for noticing.
Cascardo.
