Bug Description

I've just downloaded latest upstream linux kernel version 4.9.0-040900rc1 for bug testing, and found out I just cannot neither reboot nor shutdown most probably due to a ACPI error as it shows up at booting.

I did what you suggested if any other log file is needed please specify which one, I'll wait for more indications.

I've just updated to upstream kernel 4.9.0-040900rc2-generic and ACPI errors keeps showing up but now I can reboot and shut down normally.
