Bug with kernel 4.8

I have a problem after upgrading from Kubuntu 16.04 to Kubuntu 16.10 with kernel 4.8:
1. For a long time to wait start window to enter a password encrypted parasitic system partition at boot.
2. Self loading process began last very long, 2 times longer than the previous kernel 4.4.0.
3. Fails to boot Plasma KDE 4.8.0 with the kernel, the old kernel 4.4.0 works fine.
4. Kernel logs file attachment in this message.
5. My hardware is Acer Extensa 5220, i960M chipset, Intel GMA 3100.

Please correct your mistakes.

Товарищи разработчики, пожалуйста, обратите внимание на мой баг. Исправьте его, пожалуйста. Исходя из той информации, которая у меня есть исходя из опыта тестирования данного бага на Ubuntu 16.10 и Debian 9 Strech, могу сказать, что он очень явно проявляется при включении модулей lib-va-GL-EGL. А ещё он начинает проявляться при кастомизации сетевого стека TCP/IP (при его Hardering). В последнем случае система банально виснет при загрузке, поэтому никаких логов нельзя получить, а через раз ядро 4.8 или 4.9 сегфолится, ругаясь при этом на модуль ядра i915. Т. е. проблема именно в ядре и в модуле ядра для интеловской (Intel) видеокарты. Т. к. при использовании в Ubuntu 16.10 ядра 4.4 и ителовского модуля (драйвера) от Ubuntu 16.10 система загружается, но наблюдаются графические артефакты в некоторых программах. Либо проблема комплексная и в ядре ив модуле видеокарты.
Мне не хочется менять своё железо на другое, меня оно пока вполне устраивает. Помогите мне с данным багом, пожалуйста.

Мною данный баг добавлен в багрепорты Debian 9, но разработчики Debian так же, как и вы, не обращаете на него внимания. Это очень печально и прискорбно.

Это проблема скорее всего с DRM модулем i915.

Почему никто не хочет обратить внимание на данный баг, который проявился после версии ядра 4.7 в последующих ядрах 4.8, 4.9, 4.10?

intel-vaapi-driver only provides a driver for encoding and decoding videos and has nothing to do with the mentioned problems.
