Graphics not working after upgrade

Bug Description

I can't log-in in graphic mode after upgrading Ubuntu. I can only log-in via terminal.

These are some errors reported after booting the vomputer, just before the login-screen.

it seems that the computer hanged during the upgrade to the proposed kernel.

even after upgrade and boot to the proposed kernel (4.4.0-41) graphic still doesn't work.
