OptiPlex 7450 AIO hangs when rebooting

Dell Optiplex 7450 AIO works with BOOT_ACPI; however, the quirk for
"OptiPlex 745" changes its boot method to BOOT_BIOS and causes 7450 AIO
hangs when rebooting.
