Not all USB ports working

Bug Description
Working with U16.04 on a Lenovo G50-70. I have two USB 2 and 1 USB 3.0 ports. The one USB on the right side of the laptop is working but the other two on the left side are not (1 USB 2.0, 1 USB 3.0)
