It looks like there was a kernel oops. Do you recall what you were doing when this occurred? Do you have a way to reproduce this bug?

Booting from disk. Had new device plugged into USB3 port. Device consists of USB3 media reader with micro SD inserted.

I'm seeing this as well. My setup is a MacBook Pro running Mac OS 10.8.4 with VMWare Fusion 5.0.1

The problem happens after I remove an Aegis Secure Key 3.0 USB Memory Stick. After this Oops it appears that no new processes can be created (I suspect some critical lock is left locked).

The exact same thing happens to me when plugging in my OnePlus One phone into the computer. I'm on Arch Linux x64. I've got both VMWare and Virtualbox installed on the computer.
