linux: add Breaks (etc) to ensure we remove the linux-lts-xenial before upgrade to xenial

Bug Description

When we upgrade to from T+X to X we need to ensure the kernel will upgrade as it will likely be using the same spot on disk.

We will likely want the Breaks/Conflicts/Replaces triumvate.
