The external USB network adapter did not wake up from hibernation.

The external USB network adaptor did not wake up from hibernation. This issue was not present in kernel version 3.13.0-71.

My workaround is to unplug the network adaptor and plug it in again.

I have installed the 4.4 kernel and it has not fixed the problem.

jjb, the next step is to fully commit bisect from kernel 3.13.0-71 to 3.13.0-76 in order to identify the last good kernel commit, followed immediately by the first bad one.
