Bug Description

Turns out that Displayport Multi-Stream Transport has not been implemented for Skylake, causing blank screen issues (now that hangs have been fixed..) when plugging external displays to outputs connected to the MST hub. Disabling DP MST allows at least one of the outputs to work, if there are several behind the hub.

This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-vivid' to 'verification-done-vivid'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

I verified the kernel 3.19.0-46 (linux-image-extra-3.19.0-46-generic).
The https://bugs.launchpad.net/somerville/+bug/1482038 can not be reproduced and the monitor works well.
