Bug Description
Today I installed pending updates on my machine and the restarted. On restart, machine stops 5.5 seconds into boot process with the error "[drm:intel_
I can hop over to a tty login using ctrl-alt-F1 . The error appears there too, but I am able to use the command line. I cannot start a GUI environment. Sadly as a relative newcomer to Linux I do not know enough to tell you if my problem is getting X to start or something else entirely. Typing startx definitely does not help.
