Dell Latitude 7350 - Audio Broken

Bug Description

On a 7350 with Ubuntu 15.04 there is no sound. The results of aplay are the following:

Upgraded to 15.10 and I now see the broadwell-rt286. Unfortunately I still don't get any sound. My aplay output:

I was finally able to get the sound to work by enabling the SPO switch within alsamixer.
