Is there any way to fix this problem , maybe compiling a new kernel build or do i have to get a new usb wireless?

It sent some info, I see from comments above. Did not use ubuntu on this system for 5 months. had to update and install l python-apport , via command :
sudo apt-get install python-apport --fix-missing

Final error after 'apport-collect 1478044' ran , the browser pop up, plus the send button:
(process:3222): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_slice_set_config: assertion 'sys_page_size == 0' failed
dpkg-query: no packages found matching linux

(not sure if this is significant)
