Bug Description

During playback sound disappears when changing volume on channels PCM, Front, Surround, Headphone or if I mute, un-mute this channels. This only happens in 4 and 6 channel mode, but not in 2 channel mode. I can retrieve sound only if I change back to 2 channel mode and 1st change volume on PCM channel and then on front channel. After that procedure any additional volume changes during playback results sound disappearance also in 2 channel mode.
If I don't change channel mode after reboot (leave it in 2ch), everything works OK, but just with 2 channels.

My hardware is "Audio Chipset ADI AD1986A" onboard motherboard ASUS M2NPV-VM.
