Intel 7260 AC rev 6 - Will not associate unless directly under AP

Below is a copy of the wireless script, and I have tried a bunch of things to get this to work and it appears that it can barely pick up any APs that I know that are broadcasting. My Personal home AP Dacanez will work, only if I am 6 feet from it.
