Bug Description

After upgrading to Linux 3.13.0-44, I've been experiencing failures in iwlwifi. What I'm seeing is that WLAN just stops working at the time those messages in the syslog appear. I am then unable to get wireless again by standard means: rfkill on/off doesn't help, rmmod hangs or fails with module busy. The system won't perform a clean shutdown either, I have to hold to power button at the end of the shutdown sequence to actually power off. I'm now back on 3.13.0-43 without issues.

Additionally:
bash: ubuntu-bug: command not found

I have attached excerpts from my syslog and some version/hardware information. Happy to provide more information/log files.

I'm having trouble reproducing. It might only happen in certain WiFi conditions. I'm currently running 3.13.0-44 and have v3.13.11-ckt13-trusty installed, and will switch and test when I'm getting failures again.
