Description:
While plugging mic to side input jack, the device list does not receive any update in Sound setting. Besides, external microphone does not record anything.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto "System Settings > Sound"
2. Click on Input tab
3. Plug the external micrphone
4. Record some sounds
Expected result:
The device list should be updated in Sound setting, and some voice can be recorded.
Actual result:
Input device remains the same as "Internal Microphone", and no voices get to recorded.
This bug is for tracking purposes, please do not triage.

ALSA: hda - fix an external mic jack problem on a HP machine
ON the machine, two pin complex (0xb and 0xe) are both routed to
the same external right-side mic jack, this makes the jack can't work.
To fix this problem, set the 0xe to "not connected".
