Kernel oops during movie play with vlc - freeze of screen

Bug Description

I have both video and audio over HDMI. In the middle of watching a dvd-movie with vlc the screen froze but audio continued to play via HDMI. Also I was still able to connect with ssh to the linux-pc.

After the oops I tried to get to a tty-console (to get rid of the frozen screen) with ctrl-alt-F1 but then also audio playback stopped and I got those syslogs:
