Bug Description
Sometimes the mouse on my 13.10 laptop starts skipping, the system would become unresponsive, then completely lock up, and only a power off would restore it.
Another time this started happening, I closed some apps right away and the system stayed alive. I was watching top while this happened and kswapd0 is active and my 2GB physical memory is low prior to the system grinding to a halt. I'm operating on a sata3 SSD, with 2GB swap space which was hardly used.
