Trackpad not working on Chromebook pixel running Chrubuntu from a usb drive after kernel upgrade to version 3.11.0-18

After running the upgrade and restarting, my touchpad stopped working but a USB mouse does work. If I run cat /proc/bus/input/devices, touchpad doesn't appear. I'm attaching that output, dmesg and my Xorg log.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.14 kernel[0].

I've added the apport informatino and tried on the upstream kernel, which did solve this bug. Should I stay on this kernel?
