I was installing a fresh 12.04 install and it crashed

Looks to be a crash in the kernel:

[ 420.023619] BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at 0e5250c0

Also your ntfs partition appears to be corrupt; you should run chkdsk /r on it from windows.

thank you.for looking into it. I wasnt expecting a reply! Is there a
solution to fix it as after 3 separate downloads and installs I'm no
further on with an install

Yes it happened in both 13.04 and 13.10 - it has taken over 2 days to try
and install!
