when this computer powers up/wake up, link not estabilished (in ~ 30% cases).
I have this problem since ubuntu 10.04. Currently using 12.04 with kernel
3.8.0-35-generic #50~precise1-Ubuntu

Also, you put "Intel DP67BG" into ticket's title. Note that it's PICe NIC, not internal montherboard NIC.

i am having all sorts of weird things happening with this nic as well in Xubuntu 13.10. Sometimes websites cant even be resolved like github.com. It's very strange, it's autoloading the r8169 driver but my chipset is
