Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.12 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, for example it will not boot, please add the tag: 'kernel-unable-to-test-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.

So I did upgrade my BIOS to latest version + reinstalled my Ubuntu to fresh 13.10 and everything works as expected.
I couldnt tell you that problem was in BIOS or in Ubuntu (But probably in BIOS).

Ondrej Sevcik, could you please test the latest mainline kernel via http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.12-trusty/ ?

But it was working on 13.10. And stops working after I do some installs and upgrades. Are you sure that I should text from pre-13.04 to 13.04?

I don't know. I've installed clean 13.10 ubuntu and when it starts working as expected I stop focusing on that. But then I've install some apps and upgrade system via software update and it stops working again.

Ondrej Sevcik, so you had an issue that didn't exist in pre-13.04, occurred in 13.04, disappeared in 13.10, and reappeared in 13.10.

Hence, this bug report will only focus on the latest regression from old 13.10 to updated 13.10. So, the next step is to fully commit bisect from release 13.10 to 13.10, in order to identify the offending commit. Could you please do this following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection ?
