Bug Description
I tried today's release amd64 image of kubuntu as a live image from a USB stick created using Precise with 1.5GB of persistent storage and found that on a Lenovo x220 laptop that:
1. With firmware in "traditional BIOS" mode, persistent storage worked
2. With firmware in "UEFI" only mode, persistent storage did not work
