I see you are booted into the test kernel for bug 1212720 . Do you still see this bug if you boot into the stock kernel and not use the test kernel for that bug?

Test using stock kernel by apt-get -y upgrade and apt-get -f install.
hibernate work fine. Although after waking up it try to send crash report.

Using saucy-desktop-amd64.iso dated 20130827
doing sudo pm-hibernate crash the system. The screen stay on but mouse cursor disappear. Keyboard become unresponsive.

You can update to the latest development kernel by simply running the following commands in a terminal window:

Tony S. Hariman, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ .
