Kubuntu 13.04 power off doesn't work

Bug Description

When requesting a shutdown with power off, the system hungs and never power off.
Last messages on console are that / filesystem is busy
then apear "* Will now halt" but never power off

Machine: Hp Pavilion dv6
OS: kubuntu 13.04 amd64 (fresh install -using the entire disk)

In dmesg I find some errors but I don't know if they are related:

Sorry, but the command crashed the system

I issued "sudo apport-collect 1173843" then firefox is opened and a popup windows says it is gathering system informations.

Then the system crashed see attached photo

What can I do to gater informations?

Same problem here. My system hangs when powers off.

Strange behaviour: now it works.

The only thing I've changed is that I configured shorewall firewall that before was installed but not configured.

Still some errors are showed in dmesg
