Bug Description
1. enter desktop
2.Connect wired LAN cable to the system and make sure the connection is normal, then enter S3 by hand.
3.Wake it up, then observe the issue.

I think this issue had been fixed by the below patch, and had already verified.

The resume function must power up the device regardless of the state
of the network stack.
