I have been getting this bug; I cannot guarantee it started on -19, though. Today I noticed that it seems to happen on almost every boot. The BUG data is as follows:

I can confirm that too. Sound isn't working after that and alsamixer returns: cannot open mixer: No such file or directory.

It started with -18, reverting to -17 solves this. Kern log:
