Bug Description

SRU Justification

The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from Linus' tree or in a minimally
backported form of that patch. The 3.0.57 upstream stable
patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
       kernel as well.

The following patches are in the 3.0.57 stable release:

ARM: 7566/1: vfp: fix save and restore when running on pre-VFPv3 and CONFIG_VFPv3 set
powerpc/ptrace: Fix build with gcc 4.6
workqueue: convert BUG_ON()s in __queue_delayed_work() to WARN_ON_ONCE()s
mm: dmapool: use provided gfp flags for all dma_alloc_coherent() calls
x86,AMD: Power driver support for AMD's family 16h processors
telephony: ijx: buffer overflow in ixj_write_cid()
tmpfs: fix shared mempolicy leak
x86: hpet: Fix masking of MSI interrupts
USB: add new zte 3g-dongle's pid to option.c
USB: option: blacklist network interface on Huawei E173
USB: ftdi_sio: Add support for Newport AGILIS motor drivers
usb: ftdi_sio: fixup BeagleBone A5+ quirk
USB: cp210x: add Virtenio Preon32 device id
USB: mark uas driver as BROKEN
ACPI / battery: Correct battery capacity values on Thinkpads
ACPI / PNP: Do not crash due to stale pointer use during system resume
ACPI / video: ignore BIOS initial backlight value for HP Folio 13-2000
USB: OHCI: workaround for hardware bug: retired TDs not added to the Done Queue
xhci: Extend Fresco Logic MSI quirk.
ftrace: Clear bits properly in reset_iter_read()
powerpc: Update DSCR on all CPUs when writing sysfs dscr_default
powerpc: Keep thread.dscr and thread.dscr_inherit in sync
Linux 3.0.57

Patch "USB: mark uas driver as BROKEN" makes the uas module to not build (as it is the intention), squashed a modules.ignore entry with it
