Display brightness bug in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Bug Description

Adjusting display brightnes with Fn + f2 and Fn+ f3 on Samsung NP700Z3C causes display brightnes flickering randomly. Flickering is stopped when cliking anywhere on UI.
