highbank install kernel hangs when earlyprintk is added to the kernel command-line

Bug Description

Adding the earlyprintk=ttyAMA0 argument to the install kernel's command-line will cause it to hang.

Linux version 3.5.0-6-highbank

The LL debug config option is probably not configured for the highbank uart. It is fixed compile time selection currently.
