K/Ubuntu 12.04 Fails to Resume after (several) Suspend(s) on Asus 1215b

It freezes with a blank black screen after suspending (Precise 12.04), if you reboot it manually (SysRQ+REISUB dont work) it will freeze before GRUB with a blinking cursor. It seems to be an ASUS 1215b UEFI-BIOS 0503 bug. I contacted Asus tech support, they don't care about linux and wont help.
