Every time the system rebuild the initrd.img, I have to rename the old link because the system can't link the new one.

You may need to run the following:

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

Then re-install the package.

If that does not resolve your issue, please mark the bug as "Confirmed"

I have always to do the same workaround to install the new version of a kernel:
sudo mv /initrd.img /initrd.img.vej
sudo apt-get install
sudo rm initrd.img.vej.

The issue is not resolved, and I mark as "Confirmed" the bug.
