Bug Description

[ Impact ]

* flash-kernel uses the model string in the kernel's device tree to determine what platform is running. Thus there is a dependency between the two packages
* A change in the model string for KR platforms was made to support rev B (LP #2046280) which breaks older versions of flash-kernel.

[ Test Plan ]

* Kernel regression testing uses flash-kernel and will test this change
* certification testing uses flash-kernel and will test this change

[ Where problems could occur ]

* This will cause flash-kernel to be updated automatically when the kernel is updated . This may introduce other issues caused by previous flash-kernel changes that users were not running

[ Other info ]

* flash-kernel SRU https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flash-kernel/+bug/2054556

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-xilinx-zynqmp/5.15.0-1029.33 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-jammy-linux-xilinx-zynqmp' to 'verification-done-jammy-linux-xilinx-zynqmp'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-jammy-linux-xilinx-zynqmp' to 'verification-failed-jammy-linux-xilinx-zynqmp'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
