Bug Description

SRU justification: suspend/resume fixes on Poulsbo chipset.

Intel released a new version of the Poulsbo chipset kernel driver (which is used for graphics in menlow), we should update the lum version from .16 to .19 to include their fixes.

TEST CASE: As this is a new upstream version, it should be verified that it doesn't regress in any way and improves suspend / resume hangs and display corruption.
