Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Can you try installing the latest 2.6.22-12 release. I believe this issue should be resolved. Please let us know.

iwlwifi is at revision 1.1.0 in Gusty linux-ubuntu-modules

I did not try yet, I need to sync my own mirror, but be carefull I reported that bug for the -xen binary.
I will report as soon as I updated my system.
