omap3 dss2 touchbook patch missing in lucid kernel

trying to boot a lucid omap3 image on a touchbook results in the following boot output:

[ 105.389404] omapfb omapfb: no displays
[ 105.393249] omapfb omapfb: failed to setup omapfb
[ 105.397979] omapfb: probe of omapfb failed with error -22

apparently support for the touchbook is missing in our DSS2 patchset

I did spend some time merging in alwaysinnovating's patches into 2.6.36..

it's really not worth it till the cpufreq and voltage scaling patches hit mainline as my touchbook does get pretty hot after 10-15mins of use..
